Pall Corporation Announces Plans to File 2007 10-K and First and Second Quarter 2008 10-Qs East Hills, NY (March 25, 2008) - - Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) today announced its plans to release results for the second quarter of fiscal 2008, which ended on January 31, 2008, on Friday, March 28, 2008 after 5:00 p.m. EDT. Concurrently with this release, Pall plans to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2007 and its Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarters ended October 31, 2007 and January 31, 2008. The filing of the Form 10-K will represent the completion of Pall’s previously announced restatement of certain prior period financial statements and, together with the filing of the quarterly reports, return Pall to full compliance with its SEC reporting obligations and New York Stock Exchange annual reporting requirements.An investor conference to review the filings and business results will be broadcast live over the Internet at 8:30 a.m. EDT on Monday, March 31, 2008. Eric Krasnoff, Chairman, President & CEO, and Lisa McDermott, CFO, will host the call.
