Pall Corporation Names Sandra Marino Senior Vice President and General Counsel East Hills, NY (September 10, 2008) - - Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL) today announced the promotion of Sandra Marino to Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In her new role, Ms. Marino has responsibility for all legal affairs, governance and compliance activities. Ms. Marino joined Pall Corporation in January 2005 as Corporate Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary and was promoted to Corporate Secretary earlier this year.Ms. Marino obtained her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences, summa cum laude, from New York University. Ms. Marino was in private practice with a New York law firm before joining Pall Corporation in 2005.
