High Pressure Lube & Hydraulic

Fuels, lubrication oils and hydraulic fluids used in mobile equipment applications must be free of dirt and impurities. These can degrade component parts, decrease systems performance, and cause equipment failure. Robust filtration technology is necessary to eliminate harmful contamination from critical fluids and extend equipment service life.

The Versalon™ “G”-range of filters offer a high performance, affordable solution to contamination control for medium pressure and flow (250 L/min or 66 US gpm) applications. The filter elements feature the stress-resistant technology media providing a ßx (c)≥1000 (ISO 16889) rating for consistent system fluid cleanliness, optimized flow path for low pressure drop (dP) and long filter element service life.

A selection of interchangeable mechanical and electrical differential pressure indicators is available to help signal imminent filter blockage. Engineered specifically for OEMs, the filters provide initial protection from built-in system contamination to reduce warranty claims and security of aftermarket revenue through the unique clip-clap design of the elements.

Our high-pressure hydraulic filter elements  are good for many uses. For applications that require flow rate above 250 L/min (66 US gpm), the Athalon™ “UR”-range of filters are the ideal products for high performance contamination control. The filter elements feature Stress-Resistant Technology media providing a ßx(c)≥2000 (ISO 16889) rating for world-class consistent fluid cleanliness. They also provide best in class pressure drop (dP), and anti-static capability. The laid-over pleat design allows more filtration area to be packed in a given size, thus extending the element service life. The in-to-out flow reduces re-circulation of contaminates and enables the OEM to maintain spare element sales.
