At Pall, we prioritize the environment and sustainability through a number of initiatives. We continuously look for ways to reduce emissions, and this includes reducing the impact of the carbon footprint generated from our IT infrastructure. We are proud to be recognized by Green4Networks for our use of renewable energy sources to neutralize and compensate for the carbon footprint of our website.

Climate change and water security
Pall discloses its climate change and water security impacts through CDP, a global non-profit that runs the world’s leading environmental disclosure platform. CDP drives companies and governments to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, safeguard water resources and protect forests. Over 13,000 companies with over 64% of global market capitalization disclosed environmental data through CDP in 2021.

Corporate social responsibility
Pall discloses to 90+ customers via EcoVadis, a ratings platform that assesses Corporate Social Responsibility via Environmental Impact, Ethics, Sustainable Procurement and Labor and Human Rights programs and initiatives. Since its founding in 2007, EcoVadis has grown to become the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, creating a global network of more than 90,000 rated companies. Pall currently ranks in the 75th percentile of our industry peers.
Achievement Award
Engineering Materials
(2010) Pall Corporation won the prestigious Engineering Materials Achievement Award (EMAA) for 2011 for its porous iron aluminide technology. The award, which recognizes outstanding achievements in the field of materials science, is given annually to one company by ASM International, a society dedicated to the development and commercialization of materials that advance production techniques and facilitate innovation. Previous winners include DuPont for aramid fiber, IBM for magnetic recording media and AT&T Bell Labs for transoceanic optical fiber systems.
National Inventors
Hall of Fame
(2008) Dr. David B. Pall, founder of Pall Corporation, was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame. Dr. Pall’s body of work in the field of filtration science earned him a place among legendary innovators including Alexander Graham Bell, Walt Disney, Thomas Edison and Henry Ford.
ISO 14001 Certification
Environmental Recognition
ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management systems. Worldwide, all of Pall’s plants have achieved ISO 14001 certification. Certified companies must provide assurance about their ability to satisfy quality requirements and to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.

Newsweek Green Ranking
June 2015 - Pall was ranked 94th
(June 2015) Pall was again named one of the greenest companies in America by Newsweek magazine. Pall was ranked 94th among the 500 largest publicly traded companies in the United States. Our "green" score improved by 9% year over year.
Carbon Disclosure Project
Since 2008 - Pall participates in the Carbon Disclosure Project
Pall participates in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), a global initiative to inventory greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and evaluate the risks and opportunities from climate change on business operations. Companies use their annual GHG inventory to make informed and effective policy decisions to reduce their carbon footprint.
Carbon Reduction Commitment
Ranked in the top 5 percent
(November 2011) Pall Manufacturing UK Limited was ranked in the top 5 percent of the Environment Agency’s first annual CRC Performance League Table (PLT). Pall ranked 103 out of more than 2,000 United Kingdom companies. The PLT ranks the relative performance of organizations participating in the CRC energy efficiency program.
